Do you have to accept an offer? No. Not with 14days. Starting the process is not the same as agreeing to sell. Most sellers do not feel that way at first. They assume that once they raise their hand, they are expected to keep going. That if offers come in, walking away will be awkward. That feeling makes sense. Most real estate options are built around moving you toward one outcome. Pick a path, move forward. So sellers often feel like the real decision happens at the beginning, before they have enough information. That is where the confusion starts. With 14days, those are two separate decisions. There is the decision to get informed, and there is the decision to sell. Those are not the same thing. You can go through the entire process, see what buyers are willing to do, review offers, compare terms, and decide not to accept anything. That is allowed. There is no obligation to accept an offer. Not selling is always a valid outcome. 14days was built around seller control. It is not another buyer trying to purchase your property. It is not a wholesaler trying to get your property under contract. It is a structured plan for selling real estate. The goal is not to force a sale. The goal is to help you make a better decision. Starting is not committing. Starting is getting informed. And that is a better place to make any decision from. In the next video we will look at what 14days actually costs, compared to what sellers typically leave on the table.
14days is a structured plan for selling real estate. We represent seller interests for a fee. We are not a buyer, a wholesaler, or an iBuyer. Sellers are never obligated to accept an offer. Not selling is always a valid outcome. 14days is a licensed real estate brokerage.
