What does 14days cost? It is a fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. 14days charges a 3% fee, paid by the seller. That fee is only paid if you accept an offer. It comes out of your proceeds at closing, so there is nothing to pay upfront and nothing owed if you decide not to sell. For reference, that is at or below what most traditional agents charge. And unlike a traditional listing, the buyers in the 14days process pay all of the seller closing costs. But here is what most sellers do not think about when they ask this question. The wholesaler who made you an offer with no visible fee had a fee too. You just did not see it. It was built into the offer, the difference between what they paid you and what they sold the contract for. Sometimes that is ten thousand dollars. Sometimes it is thirty thousand or more. You paid it. You just did not know you were paying it. So the real question is not whether you pay a fee. Every real estate transaction has a cost. The question is who gets paid, and whether you know about it. With 14days, the fee is visible. It represents you. And it is designed to be justified by what you walk away with, not hidden inside the deal. The relevant comparison is not the 14days fee versus zero. It is the 14days fee versus what you may leave on the table without it. In the next video, we will look at something most sellers never consider. The offer in your hand may not be the offer you close on. And by the time you find out, it may be too late to do anything about it.

14days is a structured plan for selling real estate. We represent seller interests for a fee. We are not a buyer, a wholesaler, or an iBuyer. Sellers are never obligated to accept an offer. Not selling is always a valid outcome. 14days is a licensed real estate brokerage.
