If you have been watching this series and already have offers on your property that you are considering, this video is for you. Because there is a way of looking at those offers that most sellers never consider. Most sellers in your position see the offers in their hand as the finish line. You have numbers. You have terms. The decision feels close. Starting something new feels like moving backward. I understand that. But here is a different way to think about it. Those offers are not the finish line. They are the starting point. Each one represents a buyer opinion of what your property is worth. But was it the right buyer? The question worth asking before you sign anything is simple. Are these the best offers available? Or are they just the first ones? Fourteen days can answer that. Here is how it works. When you sit down with us, you tell us about the offers you already have. We document them. They are protected throughout the process. If 14days does not produce an offer worth accepting, your original offers are still yours to accept. Then we go to work. If we find something better, you have a better outcome than you would have had without us. If we do not, you walk away with something just as valuable. You now know where you stand. The market has weighed in. Whatever 14days produced, or did not, you are no longer making a decision based on one buyer number. You are making it based on what the market showed you. That is a different kind of confidence. And it is worth fourteen days. Now, you may be thinking: my offers have deadlines. If I wait fourteen days, I will lose them. Here is what I know from twenty years of making offers. Deadlines are designed to create urgency. They are not about walking away. A buyer in the business of buying property like yours, whether that is a national company or an individual investor, is not going to turn you away if you come back in two weeks ready to sell. I know this because I was that buyer. The deadline is there to stop you from exploring your options. That is its only purpose. Evaluate 14days. Your offers will still be there.
14days is a structured plan for selling real estate. We represent seller interests for a fee. We are not a buyer, a wholesaler, or an iBuyer. Sellers are never obligated to accept an offer. Not selling is always a valid outcome. 14days is a licensed real estate brokerage.
