What happens if you go through the 14days process and your property does not sell? It is the question many sellers are afraid to ask out loud. The answer is simpler than you might expect. You are not penalized. You are not locked in. You are not in a worse position than when you started. But here is what most sellers do not realize. Not selling does not mean the process failed. It means the process gave you something most sellers never get: real information about your specific property in the current market. There are really only two ways the process ends without a sale. The first is that offers came in, but none of them met your expectations. Now you know what buyers are currently willing to pay. That gap between what the market offered and what you need is no longer a guess. It is a known number. And a known number is something you can make a real decision from. The second is that no offers came in at all. That tells you something important too. It suggests that the current market may not support the price you were expecting. That is not a comfortable thing to hear, but it is far better to know it now than to find out later. Either way, you are not starting over. You are better informed than you were before you started. You know what buyers are willing to pay. You know what terms they are asking for. You know where the market actually is, not where you hoped it would be. That puts you in a stronger position for whatever you decide next. And for committed sellers who want to make sure their property sells within their timeframe, we also offer a committed path. Before you start, we look at all the possible scenarios together and put a full plan in place to make sure the process ends in a sale that works for you. If you want to learn more about that option, we cover it in detail in a separate video. Not selling is always a valid outcome with 14days. It is not a consolation prize. It is one reason the process was built the way it was. Clarity before commitment. That is the whole idea. In the next video, we will look at whether 14days is the right fit for every seller, and who it may not be right for.
14days is a structured plan for selling real estate. We represent seller interests for a fee. We are not a buyer, a wholesaler, or an iBuyer. Sellers are never obligated to accept an offer. Not selling is always a valid outcome. 14days is a licensed real estate brokerage.
