In the last video, we talked about who the right buyers are and why finding them matters. The next question is: if those buyers exist, why do not more sellers hear from them? The answer is because these individuals can be difficult to find. They are often landlords, contractors, or neighbors who would be interested if they knew about the opportunity, but they are not working with an agent or actively searching for a property. That is why many sellers never hear from these buyers. And while the MLS is an incredibly valuable tool that 14days uses as well, it does not represent the entire market. So finding these buyers takes work. Relationships. A buyer network. Marketing. Calls. Follow-up. And staying connected with people who may be interested months or even years from now. That is why 14days exists. We actively work to put opportunities in front of people who may never see them otherwise. Because the right buyer changes everything. But finding the right buyer is only part of the equation. The terms matter too. Even a great offer is not the right offer if it does not fit your situation.
